Hampers of Hope

Hampers of Hope is reducing food waste and helping people in need.

Our mission is to rescue edible and nutritious food headed for landfill and redistribute it to people in need in the community.

Currently Hampers of Hope collects approximately 320 kilograms of food per day, which equates to approximately 116 hampers per week. These hampers go directly to disadvantaged members of the community.

Hampers of Hope benefits disadvanted people in our local community.

Women and families in crisis, homeless people, youth at risk, aged individuals, indigenous communities, asylum seekers and new arrivals are able to access Hampers of Hope free of charge.

You must be referred to the Hampers of Hope program by a service provider.

School Breakfast Clubs

Hampers of Hope supplies many local schools who run breakfast programs with bread, cereals, fruit, snacks.

We also supply preschools and daycare centres with snacks and fresh fruit.
