Individuals who service provider deems suitable to receive help.
All referrals must be made via a service provider such as:
- Dyirri-Bang-Gu
- Flourish Australia
- Griffith Aged Support Services
- Griffith Community Centre
- LCN
- Interreach
- The Salvation Army
- The Personnel Group
- Wellways
- Department of Family & Community Services
- Fijian/Tongan Communities

PLEASE NOTE:
You will receive an automatically generated email from us to confirm submission of your referral.
Hampers are filled according to availability of fresh produce and goods on the day.
Due to high demand, hampers will be provided for referrals from services only and to must be picked up by Service Provider Staff.
Please note that collection is from 12-2pm. Failure to collect within this time means that the hamper will be redistributed.
Please do not send clients directly to Yambil Hub as refusal may offend.
